What this policy covers
It covers the medsense.net website and its product pages. Our software products (NexusLabs, NexusAligner, NexusLumen), when used by a clinic or laboratory, are governed by separate agreements and their own data-processing terms.
Data we do not collect
This is an informational website. It has no contact forms, no account sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell data to anyone.
When you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding). We keep that correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.
Hosting and technical data
The site is delivered by our hosting provider, which as our processor may handle technical data (such as IP address, browser type and request time) to serve and secure the pages. This is standard server operation, not analytics.
Where data is processed
The website and our product infrastructure are operated within the European Union. Clinical case data handled by our software stays inside the EU.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (RODO) you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
